This extension of credit is based on the information provided in your credit application and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. LM Watson Freight LLC reserves the right to modify or revoke credit terms at any time with written notice.

Payment is due in accordance with the agreed net terms from the date of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of credit privileges and/or assessment of late fees as permitted by applicable law.
